These terms are the agreement between you and Tallyrecruit about using the service. We have kept them as plain as we can; please read them — they set out your rights and obligations.
By creating a Tallyrecruit account, using a Tallyrecruit workspace, or submitting a job application through a page hosted by Tallyrecruit, you agree to these terms. If you use Tallyrecruit on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company, and “you” means that company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Tallyrecruit is hiring software: employers describe a role, publish a hosted job page, collect applications, review them with AI-assisted evaluations, and schedule interviews. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for who you invite into your workspace. Workspace administrators control their members' access and their workspace's data.
If you use Tallyrecruit to hire, you are the controller of the candidate data you collect: you must have a lawful basis for collecting it, post truthful job listings, use applications only for hiring, and comply with the employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws that apply to you — including, in Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Tallyrecruit processes candidate data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
Zaina's scores, notes, and checks are assistance, not decisions. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they must not be the only basis for rejecting or advancing a candidate. You keep a person in every hiring decision, and you are responsible for the decisions you make and for complying with any laws that govern automated or AI-assisted processing in hiring.
Applying through a Tallyrecruit job page is free and creates no employment relationship and no promise about the outcome. You confirm that what you submit is accurate and yours to share. The employer you applied to — not Tallyrecruit — decides how your application progresses; how your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory use; no uploading content you have no right to share, malware, or attempts to breach or overload the service; no scraping or harvesting other people's data; and no misrepresenting who you are or who you act for. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Tallyrecruit's current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page; some features are free, and paid plans are billed as described at purchase. We will give you notice before a price change takes effect for you.
You own the data you bring — job descriptions, applications, workspace content — and you give us permission to host and process it as needed to run the service. Tallyrecruit owns the software, design, and brand; we give you the right to use them as part of the service, and nothing more.
Tallyrecruit is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast, available, and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or any hiring outcome.
To the extent the law allows, Tallyrecruit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you have paid nothing, one hundred US dollars). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop using Tallyrecruit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Afterwards we keep or delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy — contact us first if you need a copy of your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes go to the competent courts of the Kingdom, unless mandatory law where you live gives you additional protections.
